A junior enterprise is a civil social nonprofit organization established and executed entirely by students of a university or a business school. The purpose of the organization is to provide services for companies, institutions and society, often in the form of consultancies, while enriching the learning of its members with practical experience in the field of their studies.
Often, a junior enterprise is linked to a particular engineering university or business school.The most common expertise areas for junior enterprises are business and management, engineering, marketing, communication, IT services and law.
The members of the organization have the chance to take part in real-world projects, while experiencing the functioning of a real company: junior enterprises, indeed, either are real companies, or resemble one in their operational activities, often having a management council and an executive board, together with an own regulation.

I was part of Orenda Junior Enterprise in my University
Orenda Junior Enterprise is a non-profit organization, its objective is to find and provide services to clients. The association started its activities in 2018, while also organizing events along the way.
Our Services
I started my journey as a junior consultant in the projects department during the term 2020-2021, where i worked with a team who is responsible for an external project. I was the one responsible for the Modeling using UML and the documentation. I got also some tasks regarding the development part using the MERN stack ( Mongo - Express - React - Node )
I enjoyed the journey during the first term and that's why i decided to apply for the president position. I followed the steps and i was elected as the leader of Orenda Junior Enterprise for the term 2021-2022.

We organized 3 big events , 6 external projects for our clients , and more than 11 internal projects.
And we had our own vision
During this experience, i had the chance to expand my knowledge in different key areas. I spent two years, making practical experiences in leading , managing and growing.
I enlarged my professional network and had the opportunity to be practise new skills, like Quality system implementation , Graphic design , Video editing , development and project,team and event management.
A truly challenging experience with a lot of fun and hard work.
